cameltoe
What's the difference, other than the DI output? I'm gassing for Ampeg tones again, and when I posted something similar a few years ago, the VT pedal was highly recommended on here as an alternative to changing my Bass Terror for an Ampeg head. There was also talk of using the pedal in the FX loop for best results. Would the non-DI version have the power to do this? or would the DI version be better suited as a preamp, with the non DI more useful as an effect going straight into the input? I ask, because the DI versions are twice the price second hand, and it's just after Christmas!
chrismuzz
I don't know much about these pedals, but I think the DI version has a wet/dry blend too. You can use both either in the effects loop or the amps input. I like using the sansamp into my amps input so I can use the EQ for further tweaking
