SICbass Posted January 2, 2015 Share Posted January 2, 2015 (edited) Hello folks, I have a Yammy BB5000A 5-string that I want to sell or trade I bought it new in 1990, so, according to the serial No. on it (and the "The Guitar dater Project") PL 22072, it was built May 22nd (don't ask me how they new the precise date??) 1989 with the unit number 072. It's a Made in Taiwan jobby, strung E-C at present, with the narrow neck: 36mm (from E-string to C-string) at the nut and 60mm at the bridge. I gigged it in the early 90's, hence "that worn-in look", strung B-G, and didn't then touch it for years. I got it set-up and re-strung E-C about a year ago with the intention of trying some new stuff which I never got around to.
