Hi Paul,

Annoyingly, I've no way of weighing it here (if you saw the size of me, you'd know why) but I seem to recall it being around 9lbs when listed on the BassDirect site - it certainly isn't a back-breaker and I wore it for three hours last night at a rehearsal and was perfectly comfortable.

I can try and borrow some bathroom scales if you'd like? Just shout.

Hi James - to be honest I guess it is more idle curiosity than any serious need to know. I am in the market for a lightweight Jazz but I think I will hold out for a 32" scale one. But yours is a cracker, I must say.
