2007 White Fender Jazz Bass MIM - SOLD PENDING PAYMENT £300

I've only just recently taken this as part of a trade but despite the fact that it looks really, really nice I just can't get a sound I like from a Jazz bass and give in to being a Precision player which ain't a bad thing.

Made in Mexico in 2007/8 according to the Guitar Dater Project, the guy I got this from described this as Arctic White but it looks more like Olympic White to me It may just be the light or maybe it's yellowed over the past 7 years to look more like the latter.

The body has all of the usual small dings associated with a bass this age but nothing major. likewise there are a few wee dings on the neck.

The bass has been fitted with a black scratchplate but the original white one will be included in the sale. The bass has also been fitted with a Hipshot D-tuner (the original tuner is long gone). It is the correct model but with older d-tuners, the string post doesn't quite match the others as well.

The bass will be supplied with a Genuine Fender gig bag with properly working zips and will be packed securely if the buyer is too far away to collect or meet up.

I am looking for £350 OBO for this given the D-tuner, Fender gig bag and extra scratchplate. Postage will be £15 within mainland UK, excluding any areas that would normally attract a premium. Payment will be by cash on collection/meet up or bank transfer.

To answer a couple of questions:

There's minimal wear to the frets, the action is about 3-4mm at the 12th fret with no buzzing and could go lower (this is low for me )

It could do with a new set of strings but this is something very subjective so I'll leave it up to the new owner.

I forgot to mention it has a set of Schaller strap locks fitted but one of the washers has gone walkies. The strap is still held on securely though and it's an easy and cheap fix if you want to get another washer for it

Does it look more like the vintage white colour, as per the photo showing the back of the body, in the flesh?
