Stealth
Im lookingat one of these having given it a quick blast. It sounds good has overdrive/ octave and limiter so tick all my boxes. Any one had one ? I saw a couple of reliability threads should i be worried ? Any other sugesstions with decent drive and comp ? Low End Bee
I love my 'smoke and mirrors' TC 450. The drive and comp work for me.
JTUK
I loved early SWR but was never convinced by this series... didn't rate the 350. Far preferred the SM series... and I've seen the SM900 go for around £450 so I'd go for one of those...
JPJ
I owned one for about three years. Bought secondhand from Basschat member 'Toasted' and gigged regularly, I didn't experience any reliability issues. Eventually traded it with Basschat member BGTAndy in part-ex for his SM1500 that I still use to this day. These seem to sell for ridiculously little money these days and I would recommend this amp to anyone.
molan
I quite like them. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the SM series but sounds great for powerful rock stuff. Actually I really like a lot of the classic era SWR gear. Gigged an SM400 for a long time combined with a Triad cab
