0353203 Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 (edited) Hi All, Up for sale is my 1972 Fender Precision Bass with its OHSC and key. As hopefully you can see from the photos, its in stunning condition. Only change is a later volume pot, otherwise stock, weighing in at 8.3lbs. It does have a few dings and dongs, scratches and scrapes but certainly nothing drastic. Has a patch on the body rear about the size of a fiver which is slightly rough....my guess (like a number of these 'case queens') is that it laid atop a cloth or something similar which affected the finish. You can only see it in a glaring light. Frets in great condition....its clearly not been played much over the years. Case also in tip top condition and key works in both locks. Looking for £1,950.....trades for other vintage Fender guitars or basses considered....happy to add cash for the right instrument.
