I've got to learn this but I just can't figure out the second part of each riff, where it runs back up to the D. Notes and finguring has got me totally baffled so any help would be appreciated. I've searched on the net for the tab but what's available seems to be wrong.

I think the main riff has two alternating bass parts, both of which revolve around the D/Bm/A/G chords in key of D.

The first one (to my ear) goes something like -

---------------------------------
------------------------------2--
-5-5---2--2----0-0------0-2--2---
----------------------3----------

And the second -

---------------------------------
------------------------------0--
-5-5---2--2----0-0------0-2--2-2-
----------------------3----------

Aside from that, a few little variations are thrown in to make it a little more interesting!

Hope this helps

Here's my take on Two Princes, think of it as a funky/jazzy line;

----------------------------
----------------------------
-4-5---1-2-----------------
--------------4-5---0-1-2-3-

-r-p----i-m--r-p----i-m-r-p-

I've indicated fingers I'm using American style; index ring middle pinkie. Works best on flatwounds, imagine it's an upright ;-)
