Unfortunately there are a few brands using light blue silks, however they might be D'Addario chrome flats.

I think they're not D'Addario Chromes, as those have coloured ball ends and blue silk at both ends. They're not Ernie Balls either, as those have silk at both ends too. So that's two things that they're not, but I'm afraid I've no idea what they are...

I think 760FM are a darker blue.

The blue quite a bit darker than the picture would suggest
