Joppesan Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) Hi guys, I've come to the conclusion; I'm not really a five string kind of guy, and that 35" scale is a bit of a reach for me, so I'm putting my Spector NS-2J5 up for sale. Stuart and the guys did a wonderful job creating this beauty: The body is swamp ash with a spalted maple top in a rare autumn burst matte finish. The fretboard is pau ferro (smells wonderful) and the neck has a matte, satin black finish for fast action. Two EMG jazz pups and an Aguilar OBP-3 preamp. There are no scruffs or bruises, and the bass is as good as new. It will be shipped with the original hardshell case. The bass is killer, and has so much power and bottom end, but it's not the one for me. But now it could be yours. (This is my first post, and I hope the pictures are there - cross your fingers) PRICE IS DOWN: £1800 Edited February 3, 2015 by Joppesan

HazBeen Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 How could this not get any attention!? Lovely bass!
Joppesan Posted January 30, 2015 Author Posted January 30, 2015 Beats me. I don't get it either. It's a fantastic bass, and it smells great.
AndyTravis Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 I'd love it, too skint. But it's gorgeous.
Joppesan Posted February 3, 2015 Author Posted February 3, 2015 I'm withdrawing the bass. She's going to live under the sofa. Gave it a shot. Cheers
