Faithless
So, last night, I've came back home from studio with Aphex Bass Xciter in ma pocket. I've tried it a bit today, and, after a while, I've figured out, I could join it together with my Line6 XT Live. A bit compression from processor, and tone thingies'd come from Aphex.. But I got caught in 'joining' 'em up. I've got three cables, my guitar, amp, Line6, and the Aphex one. Line6 has a "Pedal" input, so that's where I have to plug Aphex, but, hell... Aphex has two 'holes'... - one would be Output, the other would be Instrument Input. Also, there's DI output... Normally, without Aphex, I plug one lead from Line6's Output to amp, and another from instrument, to Line6's Input. But how the hell I gotta 'wire them up' - Aphex and Line6 to work properly altogether?? Edited August 11, 2008 by Faithless
Matty
The pedal input is for an expression pedal, not signal chain. Your best bet is runnig the PODxt Live's output into the Aphexs input, and then from the Aphex's output to the input of the amp.

before it reaches Aphex Xciter, or after?
karlbbb
Compressed before the Aphex.
woodster
Make sure the internal compressor on the Pod is turned off or you'll be compressing twice.
