[/quote] It wouldn't be to me...and I don't have a preference to any key. I do like a sax in the band, but it can be hard to justify the work AND cost a horn section of even a sax can be, for what they bring to the band. [/quote] The first band I played in was a Glenn Miller tribute band (I played rhythm guitar). That was very much at the start of my musical career (if you can call it that), when I couldn't even play 6-string barre chords.
