blunderthumbs Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 Whilst I have your attention on the Jaydee. Do any of you Jaydee owners have the problem of when the active switch is on you hear a crackling noise similar to bacon frying.? If so what is it and can it be cured? It seems to improve when you back off the hi eq control. Quote
doctor_of_the_bass Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 Yes. Don't switch the switch whilst frying bacon or other products...! Much love x Quote

About 1988, I found myself in a band with two of John Diggins' sons .............. I saw some amazing stuff - instruments belonging to Tony Iommi, Dave Hill and of course, Mark King. reds42 Posted April 10, 2013 Posted April 10, 2013 A bit of Jay Dee Memorabilia for ya. John gave me the original sign from the workshop in Moseley, before he moved to the next one way back in the 80s, when I had more hair and less gut ;-) [attachment=132222:130410 Jaydee Sign-9-Edit.jpg] Quote
