Mykesbass
Is the guitar in this track (particularly at 0:16) out of tune or is my hearing having the night off? discreet
It's not out of tune - it merely has a vibe.

Truckstop
Vibe, man. That album sounds great! It's got all the little niggles and background noises that give classic recordings a great feel. There's quite a few occasions where things sound a bit 'laid-back'! Truckstop
KevB
The thing that comes over more to me is the drums are just a bit too loud, think it would have improved the feel if they'd been mixed a bit lower.

Truckstop
I'll have to start using these terms when my pitching is out Don't get me wrong, I love the band, and am not one for over produced, highly polished work, it's just that particular bit really grated on me hence wondering if it was my ears! leschirons
Seems okay to me other than it may have been recorded in someone's shed. Don't like drums that up front in the mix either.

gadgie
sounds ok to me. Maybe a wee slide into the note but I'm listening on a crappy laptop so I might be missing something

On that particular track he does seem to be coming from the Ringo Starr school of 'chucking a kit down a flight of stairs' approach to fills though.
