Bloc Riff Nut
I need help, I can't seem to find the right notes on the walking bass type runs. The bass isn't very pronounced so that'snot helping. The chord changes are clear enough. I had a quick look online for the dots but to no avail. Do any of you guys play this number? Roland Rock
I got the CD out to have a listen last night, but can't help with any confident accuracy I'm afraid - that bass is indeed VERY low in the mix :-(
chris_b
I have played it several bands, but never played any walking lines. A quick listen to the record, there seems to be a rundown along the lines of octave, flat7, 5, 4. flat3, root. But anything bluesy would do. I tend to just concentrate on a lazy feel, and reining in the drummer and guitarists, who usually over play, rather than worrying about the notes. Will Lee has a great version here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INIicQM7QyQ
