The indecision was due to the mathematical certainty that I will never find another cab of similar quality for such a ridiculously low price. However, as a double bass player, I finally decided I didn't need this as an extension cab any longer, so there is no point in having it gathering dust. The cab is in great condition, having been used mainly for practice in the same rehearsal studio and being only 1 year old.
