Bill Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Hi Basschat! here is my new Custom Streamer Stage I from Warwick, I'm absolutely over the moon with how it turned out! I spent hooours going through the woods to choose the ones I liked the most and this one caught my eye - Macassar Ebony! I paired it up with a Birdseye Maple fretboard, a Wenge neck, and a Quilted maple back, then added Nordstrand "Big Splits" to it! Here is the result Quote
tbonepete Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Oh my goodness! That is absolutely stunning! Congratulations on your new bass Quote
anzoid Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Beautiful - love the contrast between the maple fretboard and the ebony. How does it sound? Quote
Bill Posted February 4, 2015 Author Posted February 4, 2015 (edited) Cheers all! Totally forgot to attach a vid clip of it Here's a little demo vid I did from earlier today, there are so many tone options it's hard to settle with one to show you, but here it is, doesn't do the tone full justice but you get the idea :-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n49iPYbyWB8 Edited February 5, 2015 by Bill Quote
anzoid Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Very nice sound - probably helped by the fact that the playing is excellent Quote
Cameronj279 Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Saw a pic of this a few days ago when Warwick posted it on their Facebook. Sure did pick some pretty woods! Quote

Cheers man, the pickups are miles ahead of my 04 Thumb, the Nordstrands just rinse MEC! The growl is insane, and much more versatile.. Have been using the Nordstrands in my other streamer for 8 years and just had to go with them again, that's cool you know Rich too! Tell him I said hey :-) Quote
