Im going to be ordering a bass online soon and these guys have the best price ive found so far - any feedback?

Is it likely to be a painless transaction or akin to watching a whole episode of Eastenders?

I've only used 'em a couple of times but I've had no issues with them. Took one of their extended warranties on my RedSub combo, but haven't needed to invoke it so can't comment there.

I've bought several items from them, one of them was a combo. Delivery was fast, I like the option of having some choice over delivery date on their site. I had to return a stand once (it was as the manufacturers description so not G4M's fault), had no problems.

I'd buy from them again.

The only dealings I've had with them was when I bought an own-brand cheapo 12 string acoustic from them a while back.

No problems at all. I'd buy from them again.

(The neck's a bit on the chunky side, but overall it's surprisingly good for the money)

Bought a cheapo acoustic from them...really good for the money. No issues.

I have a buddy who bought the same guitar but it had a bit of fretbuzz...he had no problems getting it swapped.

Got a couple of things from there, a bass and a drum machine, delivery was fast, next day I think. Had problem first time finding out how to log on to check/track my account after the order. An email sorted it out in a few minutes.

Not had the best of luck with them personally, had a dodgy combo (Ampeg's fault, not G4M's) and a set of strings that were advertised as fitting a Bass VI, which didn't. Not my first port of call, but I would still order from them if I couldn't get what I was after elsewhere.

Bought a damaged acoustic bass from them via their ebay clearance site. The one that arrived was more damaged than the one described (described as minor cosmetic marks on the back but otherwise functioning perfectly; actually 1/4 of the top was lifting off and the electronics were screwed). Contacted their customer service. Quick reply. Asked for a few photos as evidence. Agreed to replace the item with a brand new undamaged one. Exchange postage at their expense.So well pleased with their service.
Was given VIP membership which offers a reduction on certain items and would certainly consider them for a future purpose.
