Clarky Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 (edited) I ordered a chrome Fender bridge cover from this company on Monday and paid by Paypal. The item was shown as being in stock. Four days later, nothing in the post and no confirmation bar Paypal payment email. I checked the website today and the item is shown as out of stock so I emailed to see if the cover was on its way or - if not - to cancel order. I have received no reply. There is no telephone number or address on their website, they say get in contact via FaceBook (page no longer exists) or email only. Now the cost was not large (<£20) but its the principle that rankles. Does anyone know them? Maybe its a small family business and they have the flu or something? So all is good bar the delay (I have ordered a pickup cover from another supplier, hopefully arrives in next few days) Quote
