ezbass Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 As you can guess from the band's name it's a Floyd tribute. Guitar, bass and keys with backing track for the drums and special effects. I replaced the incumbent bass player mid last year and took on lead vocals (pretty scary as I normally only sing BVs and the occasional lead). Here's a short video from our last gig... http://youtu.be/b0zwRaHsoI8 Quote
BassBus Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Great work! The real test for me came with the guitar solo. Passed with flying colours. Quote
Grangur Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Nice one. We, the Missus and I liked that. Interesting tone. Is that the Ibby fretless? Quote

Is that the Ibby fretless? [/quote]No, that's my Rob Allen MB2. Because there is no drummer the big bottom end fills out the sound nicely, although to be fair I do boost the mids on the Phil Jones for this gig. It fits right in for Hey You of course. SpaceChick Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Do you play a fretless for Hey You? Enjoyed that, having played the same track myself last night in my Pink Floyd tribute band Nice to see some projections too, make such a difference! Quote
