Selling on behalf of my guitarist son who has just purchased an amp with on-board distortion. Never gigged so in great condition. Any marks on the chrome in pictures are reflection. The unit comes as it is, the box mislaid some time ago. Akai never sold adaptors with the unit so not supplied but takes 9v battery or standard 9v adaptor. Here are some links for more info...
