DeeC16
Hi, Would any of you be able to point me to where I could buy one of these or similar that isn't ridiculously priced? I've had no luck sourcing one myself. Thanks, Damian. [attachment=183316:Jack socket.jpg] Edited February 8, 2015 by DeeC16
yorks5stringer
Wow, they seem to be £9.00. You couldn't just use the existing round plate and buy a new jack to fit it? The round plates are available at £2.50 plus postage and the jacks are pretty cheap separately, so well less than £9.00! DeeC16
Thanks for the reply, I was hoping to go the pre-wired way as I'm useless with that kid of thing, DIY it is.
chriswareham
I bought one of those last week from on Solsounds, but as yorks5stringer found they are £9.00 a pop. Maplin used to sell the parts separately, but not any more, and I can't find them in the vastness that is Farnell's web catalogue. DeeC16
Thanks Chris, I might just stump up the 9 quid. I'll check with a few other muso types I know to see what they might have lying around.
