JJW
Seems like a overall very unusual bass. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5575090229&toolid=10001&campid=5337531593&customid=&icep_item=121562807799&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229508&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg
chrismuzz
Interesting setup. I bet it's capable of some very good tones if the electronics are up to scratch!! Definitely worth a punt as a project bass at the very least!

alyctes
Is the headstock tipped back? It looks as if it could use a string tree.

tauzero
"Strung with top four strings from a 5 string bass for a deeper sound" So that'll be the four strings from a 5-string bass that you'd normally find on a 4-string bass then? chrismuzz
"Strung with top four strings from a 5 string bass for a deeper sound"
Actually a lot of people class the B string as the top string... I think it sounds so wrong though!

I think it sounds so wrong though!
My former guitarist referred to the "top" and "bottom" of the neck as if it was hanging up by the headstock, so as the notes got higher he'd be heading to the bottom. Doesn't make it right though :-)
