Very weird set of pickups!

Interesting setup. I bet it's capable of some very good tones if the electronics are up to scratch!! Definitely worth a punt as a project bass at the very least!

Actually a lot of people class the B string as the top string... I think it sounds so wrong though!

My former guitarist referred to the "top" and "bottom" of the neck as if it was hanging up by the headstock, so as the notes got higher he'd be heading to the bottom. Doesn't make it right though :-)
