JJW Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Seems like a overall very unusual bass. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5575090229&toolid=10001&campid=5337531593&customid=&icep_item=121562807799&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229508&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg Quote
chrismuzz Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Interesting setup. I bet it's capable of some very good tones if the electronics are up to scratch!! Definitely worth a punt as a project bass at the very least! Quote

alyctes Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Is the headstock tipped back? It looks as if it could use a string tree. Quote

tauzero Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 "Strung with top four strings from a 5 string bass for a deeper sound" So that'll be the four strings from a 5-string bass that you'd normally find on a 4-string bass then? Quote

I think it sounds so wrong though! Quote

[/quote] My former guitarist referred to the "top" and "bottom" of the neck as if it was hanging up by the headstock, so as the notes got higher he'd be heading to the bottom. Doesn't make it right though :-) Quote
