Mattpt85
Lovely Bass, it looks like someone has scalloped the last fret, it would be interesting to see how well that has been done. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/YAMAHA-BASS-GUITAR-BILLY-SHEEHAN-Attitude-4-string-bass/191508465776?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140107083358%26meid%3D92ee072932f8493f83f10241a203f200%26pid%3D100011%26rk%3D7%26rkt%3D10%26sd%3D111433360043
Truckstop
Looks awesome! Shame the De-Tuner's black though
Mattpt85
A black de-tuner is my next purchase, all the bits on my attitude are black
Dood
The second I saw the picture I thought something wasn't right about it - but the owner says lower down. It's not an official Sheehan model. The attitude was offered in non-signature models (including a 5 string) and this standard version has been 'upgraded' it seems. Actually, still a very nice bass without the Sheehan mods.
karlfer
1995 Attitude Special. Slimmer nut width at around 40 mm (unlike the 44.5 baseball bats on "proper" Attitude Ltd's (1,11,111,). Original spec on this compared to the LTD'S, no scallops, no de tuner, no twin outputs, Yamaha pups instead of Di Marzio's. 5000 made, one year of production only, 1995. Around 1200 made of each of 4 colours, most of which never left the Far East. Although these were the "cheap" version of the LTD, they still retailed at £600 in 1995. I sold mine a year or two back, after doing over 200 gigs with it. The owner before me did 400+ gigs with it. She can be seen in my avatar. This one on FEEBay, pick ups are not original, somebody has tried to scallop one section of the board and given up. The de-tuner is after market and will come up for sale after I BUY IT

My lego avatars green bass is modelled on the very same attitude you once owned, which is currently well loved and used.

karlfer
You can hammer nails in with these basses. Or drummers heads. Or lippy punters heads.
