It is a good exercise in training your ear for the intervals and changes though so maybe if there was a chord chart you could find and then follow that and a yourtube demo song..assuming the song is in the same key. You'll find when you educate your ear that songs like this are playable without any real work as you can hear the way the song will change and you can drop straight in on request...hence my busking comment. I think it is the goal to try and get to ..in time, or learn to read it. No one is going to have the tab for this but they may have dots, on a gig. Quote

It will get thrown as you in different keys, no doubt, at some point. Quote
TimR Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 The thing to remember with this song is it builds. Don't play the same all the way through. Start with fifths, just two notes per bar and add something each verse until you're playing like a possessed bass player. Great fun. Quote
