Estuary Bass Company

I placed a small online order with the above named company but received no goods from them, my e-mails to 2 different addresses go unanswered and the phone just rings, so I'm assuming the worst, luckily I paid with PayPal so if I don't here from them by Monday I'll file a report.

Anyone know anything about them?


Probably best avoided!

Clarky had a run in with them recently.

Think he did get a refund. they had some excuse about moving office and things being a bit hectic.

Thanks for the info, it's not a major problem, I just hate poor service, there's certainly no excuse not to answer e-mails, I kinda assumed they had gone bust.

After getting no response via 2 e-mail accounts, Twitter or phone, I have opened a case with Paypal and see if that gets any response.

Escalated to a claim as they still haven't responded.

That's definitely a cross against that retailer in my book, That's two 'chatters' that have had issues with them.

Finally got my money back today after PayPal found in my favour, I'm not sure Estuary ever replied to PayPal either.

Clicked on the link you provided in the original post back in Feb it looks like whatever site they were using to host the shop is now displaying 'shop closed' so they may well have gone tits up. Or it was all a bit of a con from the outset.

Fair play to PayPal it was easy enough getting the money back.
