STOLEN GEAR IN BURNLEY, LANCASHIRE

Hey Guys,

I had my car broken into at my parents house on Todmorden Road in Burnley this weekend. I had (rather stupidly) left some of my bands equipment covered up and out of plain sight in the car whilst I went for a few beers.

If you have anyone coming on here trying to sell a similar collection of gear can you let police or myself know.

Most of the contents were obviously taken, this has put the band on a bit of a knife edge as amongst the things taken were 2 pedal boards and 2 guitars which gave our band our own unique sound.

Any information which leads to the retrieval of some or all of the gear will be rewarded rather handsomely.

PLEASE SHARE AND KEEP AN EYE ON ANY BUYING AND SELLING SITES OF FACEBOOK PAGES.

There's this thing in criminal cases here on this side of the pond called restitution. If the police recovered the bass and have charged the person with the theft, he or she should also be charged with the theft of the unrecovered items. Then, when a judge finds the person guilty, prompt payment of the restitution amount of the unrecovered items is often added as a condition to the guilty person not serving an active sentence behind bars. If it's not paid promptly, then off to jail he or she goes.

Best of luck to you.
