But just in case you don't, this is basically a High Pass Filter that cuts all of those inaudibly low frequencies that make your speakers jump out of the cab without actually improving your tone. I've found it very useful for getting the most out of my cabs as they can go louder without breaking up. Also makes everything sound a little tighter and punchier.
