toneknob Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Check this out - Macca with Bill Black's upright playing Heartbreak Hotel http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uzC5KC_260 ... not a bad go, considering he's playing "upside down". Quote
taunton-hobbit Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Loved it - Macca is a much-derided (& very talented) man - I wonder how old that clip is? Quote
dadofsix Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 I'm guessing that Elvis would have approved. Well done Mr. McCartney. Well done indeed! Quote

[/quote] I think it's about 10 years old and comes from a special he did from Abbey Road to small audience reminiscing and playing songs and snippets recorded there. He comes across as, amongst other things, a very musical person... And let's not forget, the mighty Jaco, a music snob by all accounts, covered Blackbird. Edited February 26, 2015 by visog Quote
