ButcherBass95 Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 I have a Nevada bass (one of those never heard if brands) I've tried to remove them before but they are on really tight, I don't know if they can be removed or I have to take tge tuning machine off completely (which is not an option) with my other basses the slide straight off or I have to remove a screw. I want to remove them so I can cut the plates into playing card suites Quote
Jimryan Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 Depends on the type of tuner I guess. A few I've played around with have the keys firmly in place whilst others they come out. Have you got a pic of the back of them? Quote
Jimryan Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 Also, why is removing the tuner non-optional? It's a five minute job with a screwdriver. Quote
