Stompbox Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 (edited) Here's my American Standard Jazz bass up for sale. It has a lovely feel to it, and plays nicely - it gives some really great tones but it’s too much money tied up. The bass dates from 2003 (s/n starts with Z3). It has the S1 pickup switching circuit fitted as standard – you press the top of the neck pickup volume control and the pickups switch into series to give a “bigger” sound – more like a Precision bass - it’s a very useful feature. It comes with a Fender well padded gig bag, as well as the owners manual, registration form, wiring diagram explaining the S1 switching, neck tag, and a Fender strap – there is even a Fender duster! I think that the bass is in really great condition for its age, whilst it has a few dings and marks on it, it looks good, the frets are fine, the neck is true, and it plays really well. Also consider trades for American Standard Telecaster, or a decent six string semi acoustic/jazzer, Edited March 13, 2015 by Stompbox
