Bad hum with Diago Micro & Enabler

Hi there - sorry if this has been covered before, but the Search function doesn't throw up anything useful.

I have just bought an Enabler and there is seriously bad hum when I use it with either my Precision or Jazz. I have a Diago Micropower, and am running it through cans.

Any thoughts on this? Anyone else have this problem, or any advice on a PSU that works with the Enabler (if that's the issue). I don't really want to shell out £100 on a new PSU as this is the only pedal I need to power.

Mines clean as a whistle on a Diago micro power and various other psu's. I would check the earthing on the basses or for any mains hum.

Thanks for the reply NoirBass, that's very helpful to know. The problem def seems to be the Diago as another cheapy psu that I dug out works fine with no hum, all other variables being the same. So if yours is OK maybe it's a dodgy unit. Will take it back and try another.

I had a Micropower that hummed badly.
I contacted Diago and they sorted me out, really helpful guys!
