Bass Collection info

There was a thread on here that had a history of the Bass Collection basses and for the
life of me I can't find it.

Something along the line of " Who made your bass " rings a bell.Search just turned up mostly For Sale and Sold hits.
On another site a fella reckons Tune and SGC Nanyo were the same company and I sure as hell don't remember that.

I remember Tune Bass Maniacs in the mid 80's and Bass Collections for sale from the Bass Centre in 88.

Can anyone link the thread I think I read?
