KeithKelly30 Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 (edited) Immaculate Yamaha TRB 5 PII for sale. This bass is a handcrafted made to order instrument from Yamaha's custom shop. This truly is a stunning piece of craftsmanship and sounds and plays as good as you would expect any high end instrument to play. Would consider a trade for a Yamaha 2025 or 2025X of an F Bass Vf5 PJ or JJ. KeithKelly30 Posted March 15, 2015 Author Posted March 15, 2015 They are a special instrument alright. It is with regret that I have to sell it!
MikanHannille Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Great basses. Used to have one. I miss it.. Be aware of the 36hr bumping rule though.
KeithKelly30 Posted March 18, 2015 Author Posted March 18, 2015 They are a fantastic bass alright. You should buy it Thanks for the heads up. Regards Keith
Kenny Gair Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 I've been playing a trb5p-1 since 1991. I absolutely love it, still. Great basses, have a bump on me
AndyTravis Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015
It's exactly 5kgs in weight.
11lbs 😢 bit weighty for my broken back real shame. Beauty though!
KeithKelly30 Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 If you buy the bass I'll throw in a good wide padded strap for free, you won't even feel the weight
AndyTravis Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015
If you buy the bass I'll throw in a good wide padded strap for free, you won't even feel the weight
I'm mulling it over 😂 My Fender Roscoe Beck was 10.5lbs and I got 4 months in with that before giving up. I appreciate this is a different balance point etc. Will PM you if I cave in.
KeithKelly30 Posted March 23, 2015 Author Posted March 23, 2015 No problem at all Andy. If you have any further questions be sure to hit me up.
