steviedee Posted March 13, 2015 Author Posted March 13, 2015 I was in a meeting and I saw him walking out the door bass in hand. Ran out to shake his hand. He was really nice. Quote

Musky Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 He did a session for Robert Elms on Radio London the other day, it's due to be aired tomorrow morning. He was knocked out by the band, "especially the one with the beard. Who was that, was that Sklar? He was stunning". Quote

Him, Russ Kunkel and Danny Kooch played on most of the early Carole King and James Taylor Albums, Lee Sklar has gone on to play with almost everyone including artists as disparate as Phil Collins, Billy Cobham and Lyle Lovett. Steve Hackett was focussing on his sick daughter and being given a lot of grief by the others at the time over his lack of committment to the band. Quote
