gelfin
On the posotive side. £32 for a piezzo pup, pre-amp and kindling for the BBQ/fire pit could be a good deal.
Annoying Twit
I knew this would be Gear4Music even before I opened the thread. We had quite a few discussions about their smashed up guitars about a year or two ago. For £37 or so, you can buy a Thomann Deko which is actually in one piece. Here's a picture of a neck through bass from way back then. Edited March 23, 2015 by Annoying Twit
ribbetingfrog
They've been hawking this guitar for ages: http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/351330553716?nav=SEARCH I can't for the life of me think why nobody has snapped this up for £250.
40hz
[quote name='ribbetingfrog' timestamp='1427580681' post='2732051'] They've been hawking this guitar for ages: http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/351330553716?nav=SEARCH I can't for the life of me think why nobody has snapped this up for £250. yorks5stringer
A good Luthier could fix that with Titebond, which sets harder than the wood itself. However given they would charge £50-100 to do it, there seems no apparent saving on taking a punt on it at £
alyctes
This, on the other hand, could be a good deal for the right buyer: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-4-LA-Bass-Guitar-by-Gear4music-Black-B-STOCK-RRP-84-99-/271808139141?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item3f49070f85

alyctes
[quote name='Meddle' timestamp='1428012641' post='2737171'] How do Gear4music manage to smash so much gear (for music)? Surely after the first batch they would get onto their Chinese OEM supplier and tell them to get the thumb out? Or do their employees suffer from roid rage in the warehouse?
