Marshall Artist 30 80s 1x12" combo, refurbed and modded £280

This is a nice little guitar combo from the 80s.

SS preamp (but with some decent tone to it), valve power amp. Really more like a 50w amp, but with a smaller OT and maybe slightly lower operating voltage, i'm sure it produces more than 30 watts! if there is interest I'll measure it.

It has been extensively refurbed and modded by me. (I repair amps professionally, but this has been one of my personal amps for many years)

New Sowter power transformer (totally over engineered!)

upgraded caps in pre and power amp and upgraded opamps in preamp.

choice of speakers from what I have, with appropriate price adjustment. I have classic lead G12H80, and vintage G1280 from the early 80s (I think) I may have other speakers available.

I have disabled the reverb, but it could be reinstated. If you want reverb we'd have to see if the reverb tank still works.
