I used my new Markbass combo last night in rehearsal and was greeted by sneers and chuckles from the other band members as I brought this little thing in. But i have read up on this combo and knew it punched well above its weight.
In my rock covers band it coped very well, never struggling above the loud drums and guitars.
I will see how it goes and maybe think about an extension cab.

Good stuff. What did your band members think afterwards? I also have this and with the extension cab it's quite formidable for its size.

They though it was great! Especially the drummer, he felt the bass through the floor.
We are playing in a pub on Saturday so i'll bring it along.

Great little amps, and adding in the cab really makes a difference. If you like it now, adding the cab in just doubles what you like.

If you do go for an extension can be sure to check out the 121H as well as the smaller version.

The 121H has a big upgrade in the horn and the additional vertical height brings the combo up to a great level for control access and personal monitoring.

Bit more money and a little bulkier/heavier but it's a great addition to the 121P combo. Maybe my favourite MB combo/extension cab set up :)
