cd_david Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 (edited) Overwater Progress Series I 5 string. I've owned this bass from new in 1988. 36" scale for a FULL low B fundamental with good tension. Maple wings with book matched rosewood facings, 5 piece laminated set neck, overwater humbuckers and active circuit, vol, pan, tone, tone. Jack and balanced xlr out. Schaller strap locks, schaller machine heads, cast and milled solid brass overwater bridge. Amazing clean and transparent sound. Beautiful tone of the combined woods not clouded by over coloured EQ. Immaculate condition. No case but I could find a generic case for postage. Location Whitley Bay. tomthebass Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 C'mon guys! I had an almost identical one for a decade as my main bass, tight punchy lows and gorgeous singing midrange. Snap up a bargain handmade boutique British bass :-)

cd_david Posted April 11, 2015 Author Posted April 11, 2015 No it's Volume, pan and tone, tone one tone pot for each pickup and their freq centres can be adjusted via a micro pot on the circuit boards
jassbass Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Interesting .whats the string spacing? Thanx jay
cd_david Posted April 11, 2015 Author Posted April 11, 2015 16.5mm string spacing, very comfortable. I find you don't have to think about it when playing, the strings host seem to naturally fall under your finger positions
cd_david Posted April 27, 2015 Author Posted April 27, 2015 Thanks for the offers but I'm not looking to trade at the moment thanks
