One listed here for sale in Germany - is a 32" scale JV series legit?

Begs the question, did they make a JV series 32" scale Jazz? Anyone know?

Looks a lot like this one - http://basschat.co.uk/topic/233315-32-fender-squier-japan-1984-precision-sold/

Totally different from the JV 57 though...

I actually have that white one! I didn't buy it from Ted, but from someone further along the chain. But, bizarrely, it is now strung with a set of strings that I bought from Ted, without knowing they were from his bass. It was only once I got the strings and we got chatting that we realised that I now owned his old bass and that strings and bass are now happily reunited. Match made in Heaven, I would say - best bass I have laid hands on.

Which is why I am kind of curious about this JV...

The JV 57 I have is the best bass I've ever laid my hand on! Cracking basses the JV series. This link says there is indeed a 32" Jazz -

Small world, I was after that (your) JV too!

It looks like it could be a later domestic JV as opposed to the 'export' JV's that gained the great reputation. I'm sure it's great either way, I've been tempted to try and find a medium scale P.
