Mikkel-S Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 (edited) Well, yeah.. Tough decision, but somethings come up so I need to move this beauty. No doubt the best Jazz I have ever played. Sold a 65' J to keep this one. Just saying. Alder body, maple neck, coco bolo fingerboard with bindings, lollipop tuners (true 66' styling), aguilar 60's pickups, candy apple red. Weighs 4kgs and balances perfectly! Resonant and warm sound. Its pretty much spotless. No dings and dongs. Extremely well taken care of. 2500£ shipped. Will ship in a Road Runner case. Raspatue Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 If anybody is looking for the ultimate jazz bass.. this might be it.. Good luck with the sale Mikkel.
Stuart Clayton Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Is this the one I reviewed for Bass Guitar Magazine many years ago? If so, it's the best jazz I ever played. Incredible instrument. If I had £2500 lying around I would bite your arm off!! Stu
Mikkel-S Posted March 31, 2015 Author Posted March 31, 2015 Thanks guys. Its a serious bass. I must say that i dont know anything about if this bass has been featured in a review. But i wouldn't be surprised it if was.

funkle Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Wow. Just wow. If I didn't already own 2 Celinders I'd be considering it...
Mikkel-S Posted April 1, 2015 Author Posted April 1, 2015 One of you guys surely need this bass for the collection! So who will pull the trigger first?
funkle Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Lol. Good try. Not without a significant price drop - just bought a Stingray. But good luck with the sale, a real stunner there.
three Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 I've had a few Celinders over the years - all beautiful. There's something just a bit more magical about a Celinder
