If I hadn't just bought my Sire Jazz I'd be sorely tempted. But I believe the Sire to be even better value.
However, if you really must have 'Fender' and 'Jazz' on your traditionally-shaped headstock, I'd say go for it.

Without the Made in USA in the headstock I'd have thought it was a Squier.

However, I did not play or plug it in, so this is not the most comprehensive review.
