What do you listen to on the way home from a gig~

me neither... in fact I hardly ever listen to music that I'm not playing myself.

If I still feel pumped up after the gig and its not to far to drive home, its a live album, world wide live the scorpions, live after death by Maiden or (surprise) Live and dangerous, or Live and still dangerous, Lizzy of course.
If I feel the need to relax, long drive, its nothing, sweet silence.

Talking book on the iPod usually or a talk program on the radio - means I can get the music out of my head and maybe get some sleep!

I used to play with a band based 45 mins drive from my house. The drive home after a gig, in virtually no traffic with some J J Cale (Shades or Naturally) was a real pleasure.

Radio 4 or 5 unless I'm worried about staying awake, in which case it's window down and singing along to something (hubby has installed a weird MP3 thing in the van, so could be Stones, or Beatles, or Queen or Crowded House, or.....!!!)
