Just read Lynyrd Skynyrds original drummer has died in a car crash

I thought they all died yrs ago in a plane crash, must be thinking of someone else, RIP Bob.

Burns left the band in 1974, so he wasn`t on the plane.Only 3 of the band got killed on the plane, 6 survived.He rejoined for a few dates, most notably when they were inducted to the Hall of Fame. Just Gary Rossington left who formed the original band.
