timmo Posted April 5, 2015 Author Share Posted April 5, 2015 Burns left the band in 1974, so he wasn`t on the plane.Only 3 of the band got killed on the plane, 6 survived.He rejoined for a few dates, most notably when they were inducted to the Hall of Fame.
