blue
The largest music festival in the world. I'm one of the few people I know that still loves going to concerts and supporting big and small acts alike. While many of my friends and fellow musicians out grew this kind of fun, I didn't. Any recommendations, there's so many bands; http://summerfest.com/2015-lineup/ Blue
Graham
Flogging Molly are a lot of fun, particularly live - Irish enthused, rawkus punk rock with trad folk instruments. I'd certainly watch Weird Al Yankovich out of nostalgia for my uni days. Whilst I have a morbid curiosity as to what Paris Hilton is going to "perform", I don't think I could bring myself to watch and find out
BigRedX
Music is highly subjective and I'm not a big fan of festivals, but unfortunately there's not a lot on there that I'd want to see. So I'd suggest The Faint, Mates Of State and possibly A Day To Remember, but IMO except ADTR they would be best experienced in a smallish-sized venue rather than a festival setting. Edit: Of course being a diverse bunch here on Basschat don't be surprised if you've been recommended every single band on the list before this thread has run its course! Sammers
If it were me going i'd be making a conscious effort to go see Gary Clarke Jr (a must if you're into blues!), Gogol Bordello, Charles Bradley, J Roddy Walston & The Business and Trombone Shorty. Seems like a pretty diverse festival though bet you could just wonder round and stumble upon something you'd like!
