EBS Bassiq - Faulty.....SOLD! £20

Hi, I have a EBS Bassiq pedal that I got in a trade around a year ago. I never found a need for an envelope filter and decided to sell it after little use. Unfortunately I found after selling a while back that it doesnt always seem to fully engage. When pressed firmly it works as it should, when pressed lighter it engages but the sound is practically muted. Not sure if this just needs a clean or if its something more sinister.
