Bump for the B7K.

If you found the US B7K to be too trebley, try one of these. The Attack Cut switch is superb, especially when you are using the preamp as an alway-on type situation. Also great for recording too as it can be difficult to otherwise dial the clangyness out

We don't even know for sure what the new pedal is going to be yet! Rumour is a compressor and a pedal version of the Tone Capsule internal preamp - which will probably sound like a B7K without the overdrive!
