EBS Capatula

Can anyone help me? I've been trying since last night to contact EBS via their website support, but every time I add the capatula and click send, I see 'Incorrect code go back and try again'

I know it's case sensitive, Ive tried dozens of times, but cannot get a support question to them since yesterday.

Anyone any ideas how to solve this please?

Yep after dozens of attempts my request for info went through. Ralf was very helpful and even sent me out a replacement free of charge. The replacement arrived from Sweden within 3 days, great service. The part in now fitted and the pedal is working again.

All sorted now thanks for you help guys ;)
