Guitar / Bass builder goes under!

I posted on here a while back about a new guitar manufacturer (http://www.krozka-sharpe.com/) who wanted some feedback on the potential of building a range of basses.

Well it appears the Credit Crunch has hit hard!

I popped in to see them from time to time and had some good craic with them but I was aware there was an under-current of things not going well. Earlier this year they were on a high as they had secured a large retail outlet for their guitars... unfortunately that point of sale was 'SOUNDCONTROL'. SC's demise put a big hole in their plans as they had invested a lot of time and money securing the deal. To cut a long story short, I called around there today it was locked up and the guy in the next unit said they had gone under

Bit of a p*sser as they were nice guys and trying to do something for British guitar building. Wherever they are and whatever they are doing I wish them luck.
